The Massachusetts Trowel Trades Association was formed in June of 1998. The Association is comprised of Chapter 74 Certified Trowel Trades Instructors in the State of Massachusetts. The MTTA will provide leadership to the State Department of Education, Regional Technical School Systems, Approved Apprenticeship Training Programs, and Private Industry Councils in the vocational area of the Masonry Industry.
The MTTA has developed a statewide curriculum that will meet the standards of the Department of Education Frameworks and the Masonry Industry. The MTTA us committed to train its students to meet the necessary skills to compete in today's global economy.
